Happy New Year!!!

Here is a bit of good news, it made me smile when i got it in the mail.
Thank you to all my fellow Artist's for all the fun I had making these book together with them, and a big thank you to Marilyn for inviting  me to be part of great sisterhood.

Somerset did an amazing job with this book.

Update...

I am so sorry for being gone this long but I am affraid that it will be for a while longer, as I am going through a very hard time in my married life right now. My time will be spend on taking care of my children, who is the ones who is suffering the most because of the whole "D" thing, so I will be back some time in the New Year, when I have something happy and exciting to post about.
I do post on Facebook, because it is fast and easy, so u can catch up with me there.

For Gitte...

I made this layout for my friend Gitte in Denmark, who just went through a very painful surgery, and needed a little something from me. I love this picture of her from my recent trip home in Aug.
I used Pink Paisley Vintage Moon for this layout, Love that line.

Finally!!! Denmark photos...

Every year in Aug. I go home to Denmark on a little trip all by myself, which is a very special treat, because I get to spend some quailty time with my friends and family.
This trip turned out to be extra special, because as you can read in my earlier post this would be my last time I would see my Grandmother.
I had some really fun days with her, the last day I was down to visit with her, I cut her hair, we sang songs, and told jokes, and laughed a lot, I have such a great fresh memory of her.

Okay on to some pictures.

This picture is to remind my friend Gitte, how funny she is. She is going in to surgery soon, and I want her to think of this day, when she gets ready for surgery. Taenk paa denne dag Gitte, nar du har en dag du foler dig trist. Hvor havde vi det sjovt. Stort knus.

Farvel Mormor...

I will miss you so much.

Sunday morning my sweet Grandmother in Denmark passed away, and in a couple of hours she will have her funeral among my whole family back home.
I am so sad I won't be there in person, but so glad that I got to spend some really fun days with her on my recent trip back home.
She was so much fun and a real firecracker, I will miss her dearly.

I will post all my great Danish pictures soon, just going through a rough time right now.

Melissa Frances in da House...

We were so honored to have Melissa herself come to Paper Tales and teach a class for all our great customers.
We had such a fun afternoon together with Melissa and Brian, can't wait for them to come back.

I have been a very BAD blogger, but promise to come back from Denmark on the 14th of Aug. with some great eye candy.

A*muse*a*palooza, Canvas class, & CHA.

I am sooooo behind on my little blog, but here we go.
First up, A muse a palooza. We had a great time getting everything ready for our customers at Paper Tales

This is a canvas class I taught at Paper Tales, and every one did a different one.
They  all turned out so pretty, and we had a great time. Thank you girls for coming.
Here is a close up.

Michelle and I just got home from CHA in Chicago last night.
We got tons of new stuff, and lots of it will start shipping in Aug. so come on in and take a look.

Here we are with Debby Schuh having a few drinks, so yummy.

The first night in Chicago Michelle woke up at 4AM with MAJOR tooth pain, due to a root canal she had done prior to our trip. So here we are at 4 in the morning driving around in a taxi ($40) to find a 24 hour pharmacy that is open, to get her medicin that her doctor wich we called and woke up at 3am, had called in from San Diego. Oh man what a start on a day, and poor Michelle she was in so much pain.

Jenni Bowlin's booth is just the best, we felt right at home here, and ordered all her new stuff.

Claudine Hellmuth new line Studio Product line is great, love her paints, and adore her work.

It is always fun to catch up with Heidi Swapp she never fail to take time out to sit down and talk.
She came out with 3 new lines, and we got all of them.

Making Memories Christmas Line in da house as well.

7 Gypsies booth is always a favorite of mine, so many cool displays and awesome books.
We ordered lots.

Here we have a HUGE favorite of mine, the one and only Melissa Frances. She is a breast cancer surviver and has written very openly about it on the MF blog.
We ordered a lot of MF stuff, and love the Christmas.
Talking about Melissa, just wait what we at Paper Tales have in store for you. Stay tuned ;-)

Here I am at Autumn Leaves, with the super sweet Becky Novacek where we ordered the new Rhonna Farrer line "Urban Junque".

This was the last day, and we ordered lots more check out Paper Tales blog for more pix.

I am off to spend some time with my kids.
